Does my roof need a repair or a replacement?
It depends on the age, extent of damage, and condition of the roof system. An inspection helps determine whether a targeted repair makes sense or a replacement is the better next step.
Can roofing work happen during the rainy season?
Weather affects scheduling and installation. The scope of work and a suitable weather window determine the plan; the project should be scheduled with protection of the home in mind.
How does aerial roof measurement work?
The planned process uses available aerial imagery and roof geometry data to measure individual roof sections and their slopes. We review imagery dates and coverage rather than assuming every address has recent imagery. Trees, recent changes, and uncertain measurements may require an on-site inspection.
